Terms of service
Short, readable, and honest about what FreeCloudMap is and isn't.
1. The software is free and open source
FreeCloudMap is distributed under the GNU Affero General Public License v3 (AGPL-3.0). Your rights to use, study, modify and share the software are granted by that license, which you should read in full.
2. No warranty
The software is provided 'as is', without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Use it at your own discretion. FreeCloudMap and its contributors are not liable for any damages arising from use of the software.
3. You are responsible for your data
You are responsible for the cloud accounts and data you connect, and for complying with your own providers' terms of service. We provide tools and encryption, but you choose what to connect and where.
4. Managed services
Optional paid support or managed hosting are governed by separate agreements. The free software itself is always free regardless of any paid services.
